Paper origami 3D star. Volumetric origami star. Recently, the origami technique has gained a huge number of fans.

How to make an origami star? - Very simple! Use the suggested instructions and you will succeed. A star is a fairly simple task, even for a beginner who has never done origami before.

Origami is usually not for the faint of heart. But with our instructions, everything becomes so simple and clear that you can stamp paper crafts like on a conveyor! And today we will make one of the simplest shapes - a star.

We will need a square sheet of paper (preferably special paper) and the desire to bend it a little. In the last step, we will resort to using scissors, so keep them with you. If now you have just a paper square in front of you, then by the end of the article you will have such an origami star:

How to make an origami star:

1 - Take a square piece of paper.

2 - Bend it in half.

3 - Bend the lower right corner.

4 - Unfold this corner back to make a crease.

5 - Now fold the top right corner (as shown in the picture) and bring it back to get another crease.

6 - Fold the lower left corner so that it meets the intersection of the folds made in steps 4 and 5 (see example).

7 - Bend this corner so that it left-hand side was flush with the left edge of our future product.

8 - It's time for the lower right corner of our future star - bend it to the left bends.

9 - Iron the resulting folds well and fold the resulting fold in half on the back side.

10 - It looks like a bag. It remains to cut it from the left corner front side as shown in the following figure.

11 - It remains to unfold our folded-inverted paper creation.

12 - Well, congratulations - now you know how to make an origami star in just a couple of minutes. In the next lesson we will learn

How to make a beautiful pentagonal paper star? Easily! With the help of ancient Japanese art - origami. Below - detailed instructions, and as a small preface, ideas about where it can be used. Garlands? - Yes! And also on the Christmas tree, on postcards, single pendants to decorate the room.

If suddenly it is not clear from the photographs, then video clips on the folding of this star have been added below. You can look at them - and then questions should not remain.

What will be needed for manufacturing? Square sheet of paper. Yes, if you want to make your life easier, you can simply download a ready-made pentagon template and print it out. For example . But if there is no printer at home, it will act as follows:

1. Fold a sheet of paper in half.

2. Fold the lower left corner to the center of the upper edge.

3. We bend the upper left corner to the center of the lower edge.

4. We bend the lower right corner to the resulting point (the intersection of two folds).

5. We combine the corner with the right edge of the figure.

6. We combine the bottom side with the fold line.

7. Turn the figure over and bend "in half"

8. Cut along the line.

We get a pentagon

We make folds according to the line in the figure

Matching the dots

Repeat these steps for each face of the pentagon

And then the magic begins 🙂 We add along the lines - and we get the first approximation to the star!

It remains to “finish” it a little by making 5 more folds (one for each face)

Stars have always played an important role in our lives. Stars give light, heat, show direction. Someone is born under a lucky star, someone makes a wish when the star falls, someone worships them, and someone just admires them on dark nights. We are all, in fact, children of the stars, because without them we would not exist ... This symbol can be found everywhere on Earth. That is why, and also because it is just beautiful, we will make paper stars of happiness.

To do this, we need strips of paper and a little time. The size of the strips is 1 cm x 23 cm or other sizes with a similar ratio of width to length (1:23). Of course, the width can be larger, for example, if you use A4 paper, then with a strip length of 297 mm, its width can be made 11-12 mm.

To determine the size of the future star, you need to multiply the width of the strip of paper by 1.67.

Here are some ready-made calculations (width | length | star size):

  • 1,0 | 23,0 | 1,67
  • 1,1 | 25,3 | 1,84
  • 1,2 | 27,6 | 2,00
  • 1,5 | 34,5 | 2,50

Making an asterisk

1-4. We bend a strip of paper around the finger and thread the tip of the paper into the resulting loop. The resulting knot is carefully tightened so that a neat pentagon is obtained.

5. It is desirable that the tip does not go beyond the pentagon at all, but if this happens, then we simply bend it in the opposite direction (step 5). And even easier - cut off the excess)))

6-8. With the free end of the strip, we start wrapping the pentagon in a circle, in total you should wrap 10 times in this way.

9-11. If the tip remains, you need to bend it (or cut off the excess) and hide it.

12. So we got a star blank.

13, 14. Holding the workpiece, press the edge of the star with your fingernail, pressing it inward.

Repeat the same with the rest of the faces. Here you need to act especially carefully so as not to spoil the asterisk.

And now our star of happiness is ready!

Stars have always been considered something magical, mysterious and beautiful. They light the way and point the way. Some people are lucky to be born under a lucky star. Some rush to make a wish when they see a shooting star, others just like to look at them at night in clear weather. All people on Earth are familiar with this symbol. Maybe that's why many people want to make their own star of happiness, because it is so beautiful. Now we will try to make an asterisk of happiness from plain paper.

To work, we need a strip of paper and a little time. In our case, the size will be 1x23 cm. Of course, you can take a strip of any size, but the ratio of length to width should remain the same every time 1:23. To find out what size star to get from any strip of paper, you need to multiply its width by 1.67. For example, from a sheet of A4 paper, taking into account the ratio of 1x23, it is convenient to cut strips 1.2x27.6 cm in size. From such strips, you can make an asterisk 2 cm in size.

And so, we begin to add an asterisk. Rounding the end paper strip around the index finger, tie a knot. It is necessary to tighten it and press it in such a way that a small figure of an equilateral pentagon is obtained.

It is necessary to try so that after tying the knot there is a very small end of the strip. If this fails, it is better to cut it off or bend it back.

Next, we begin to wrap our pentagonal star in a circle with the long end of the strip, bending it each time along the line of the edge of the figure. With each fold, the strip will itself lie on the next edge on which it needs to be folded.

After 10 such bends, a short piece of the strip should remain. It can be hidden in a nearby "pocket". The result should be a pentagonal flat figure.

Now you need to try to make the figure voluminous. To do this, each face needs to be slightly pressed inward with your fingers, while at the same time pulling out the corners. Since the asterisk is very small, special care must be taken so as not to accidentally spoil it.

If you did everything right, then your star of happiness should be like this.

Do not be discouraged if something went wrong for you and the asterisk did not work the first time. Try to start again and for sure, this time you will succeed! And when you learn how to do them, it will seem to you that nothing is easier.
