How to transfer a pension to a Sberbank card. How to transfer a pension when changing place of residence: necessary documents, procedure and description of the procedure. Is it possible to re-register a pension to take other years?

Nadezhda Nazarova and Varvara Snegireva

We know that according to the law, heirs can receive a one-time payment of the funded part of the pension. But Varvara Snegireva’s grandmother managed to get not a one-time, but a permanent increase.

The portal “Mercy” has already written about the social project “Instructions for Life”. Its authors, Varvara Snegireva and Nadezhda Nazarova, plan to give instructions and talk about how to act in a variety of social and bureaucratic situations. Last time, together with Varvara Snegireva, we talked about how to behave correctly when suddenly. Today we decided to talk about how not to lose your relative’s pension in the event of his death.

How grandma received grandpa's pension

Varvara Snegireva offers a new important case. We can take over the labor portion of the deceased’s pension loved one. This is how it happened in Varvara’s family.

This year, Varvara Snegireva’s grandfather died. And soon 86-year-old Lyudmila Pavlovna, Varvara’s grandmother, asked her if it was possible to somehow save her husband’s money, which he received as a pension. “It turned out that my grandmother saw a story on television where it was said that people abroad can receive the pension of their deceased spouse. And we decided, as an experiment, to find out - what do we have?” - says Varvara.

Call to the Federal Pension Fund was not successful - they knew nothing there. Then Varvara called the regional Moscow fund. “I dictated the SNILS numbers of my grandparents, the employees compared their pensions and confirmed that registration was possible.”

It is important that Varvara and her grandmother managed to capture the six-month period after the death of their grandfather. You can, of course, do this re-registration later, but then it will be more difficult.

Varvara and Lyudmila Pavlovna went to the Pension Fund office at their place of residence.

What documents need to be brought to the Pension Fund:

  • death certificate (in this case it was the death certificate of Varvara Snegireva’s grandfather)
  • SNILS of the deceased person and SNILS of the one who transfers the pension to himself
  • passport of the person transferring the pension to himself
  • a marriage certificate, if both people are spouses, and the pension is transferred to the widow or widower.

Let us remind you that if a person was born after 1967, then he has a funded part of his pension. If people are older than this age, the pension is divided into the basic part - it is almost the same for everyone - and the labor part. The labor part of a deceased relative’s pension, as Varvara Snegireva found out, can be transferred to oneself.

The pension fund calls this additional payment “for the loss of a breadwinner,” but Varvara notes that this is a payment based on individual calculations. Namely, the re-registration of one person’s pension to another: “The grandmother was given 100% of the insurance part of the grandfather’s pension in replacement of her insurance part, they retained part of her basic pension, they retained the disability pension and other additional payments. Grandfather was an ordinary pensioner, albeit with work experience in the North. In the Garant system and on the Internet, in the calculation formulas for survivor pensions, I came across completely different data for calculations. We were pleasantly surprised by this opportunity.”

By the way, employees of the Pension Fund scared Lyudmila Pavlovna that she might lose money. But they were wrong. It turned out even more profitable. Recently, a woman just received a recalculated pension, in a new amount - more by 4 thousand rubles. Previously, my grandmother - taking into account her group 2 disability - received about 25 thousand rubles a month. And now she received 31 thousand rubles,” explains Varvara Snegireva. The classic survivor's pension is difficult to calculate and requires a lot of documents, explains Varvara Snegireva. In their case, fewer documents were required and the calculations were simpler. Varvara advises you to go and calculate everything individually. Millions of pensioners do not ask for a spouse's pension, they ask for a survivor's pension. And it’s not a fact that they all re-register 100 percent of the insurance part of their husband’s pension, as Varvara’s grandmother managed to do.

New pensions: take care of the funded part

It is important to know: savings part pensions - which everyone who was born after 1967 receives and which we are already accumulating - can also be transferred to oneself in the event of the death of its recipient.

There is a nuance: this is possible even if at the time of death the person is still working, has not become a pensioner and has not started receiving a pension. After all, his savings part has already been formed.

Those who have the right to the funded part of their pension can take care of their heirs in advance. “You can leave an application in advance at your branch of the pension fund so that the specified persons receive the funded part of the pension. In another case, the money will be distributed, as is done in any case of inheritance, between relatives in equal shares,” notes Varvara Snegireva.

Let us remind you that in the second scenario, firstly, the heirs of the first stage - children, parents, spouses - will be able to claim the money. Then second-order relatives are taken into account - these are brothers and sisters, grandparents, grandchildren.

What should family members of a deceased person do? First of all, submit an application to the nearest branch of the Pension Fund. “It’s worth knowing in advance which funds your loved ones transferred the funded part of their pension to, because these could also be non-state pension funds,” reminds our expert.

On its own initiative, the fund will not share the remaining pension amount with you. All payment work will begin only after submitting your application.

What documents are needed to transfer the funded part of the pension to yourself:

  • death certificate
  • Your passport
  • confirmation of family ties with the deceased person, that is, a marriage or birth certificate
  • SNILS of a deceased person

“The application must be submitted again within 6 months after the person’s death, as we did,” notes Varvara Snegireva. – Otherwise, if you miss the deadline, you will have to first go to court and, based on the court’s decision, formalize the receipt of money. The court will restore the deadline for filing papers.”

Maternity capital can be attached to a woman’s pension at her request. But in such a situation, in the event of the death of a woman, it is confiscated by the state. Not inherited.

The method of issuing pensions directly to pensioners is very convenient and simple, but, unfortunately, such a service is not available to everyone. Elderly people are forced to go to post offices to pick up funds that have already been transferred, which for some is not the most easy procedure. The first stumbling block is the impressive queue of people with a similar problem. “Government support” is a big statement that is mentioned along with pensions. The modern banking system is extensive, which attracts more and more people who want to use Sberbank products. It seems problematic for older people to get acquainted with new technologies, because some of them still have difficulties in using an ATM. How to transfer a pension to a card excluding great time expectations?

How to get a Sberbank pension card

A simple solution to the problem is to register the service of receiving a pension on a card. To do this, open a bank account, leaving a special written application to the manager. If the pensioner previously received a pension using a savings book, it is also provided along with the application. The received application is reviewed within 10-14 days. Applications are usually processed more quickly.

The pensioner also provides:

  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • pensioner's ID.

At the end of the allotted period, citizens receive a payment instrument. At the first request of the bank client, the consultant will print out the relevant card details on one convenient document. They take the printed details with them to the Pension Fund at the place of registration to process the transfer of the pension to a bank account/card.

Benefits for the elderly

Receiving a pension on the card is provided by the “Golden Years” program. The service package includes operations and benefits for retirees. By becoming a participant in the program, a citizen receives the right to insurance pension. Simply put, he can cash out without waiting in line. By using mobile phone It’s easy to monitor your account and conduct settlement transactions without leaving your home. An increasing number of pensioners are mastering the delights of cashless payments in food, household and clothing stores.

The advantage of the program is the production of a social card that is issued free of charge. That is, the bank client does not pay additional costs.

Important. A pensioner can withdraw his Sberbank pension from another financial organization without commissions or loss of his own funds.

How can you receive a pension payment on a Sberbank card?

Before receiving your pension on a Sberbank card, understand the existing types of cards offered by the banking organization. Clients are offered the following types social cards:

  1. Maestro – provides the ability to remotely manage your account with access to additional banking products. The amount of compensation for older people is quite modest, so Sberbank is thinking about them, increasing the cash balance on the card by 3.5%. When the end of the card's validity period approaches, the bank offers a reissue procedure so that the client receives funds without any problems.
  2. MIR - the device has special protection via an electronic chip; there is no fee for issuing or using the card product. The pension transfer is made after submitting the appropriate application and documentation to the Pension Fund. However, we should not forget about the certificate required to visit the Pension Fund and submit it along with the application.

At their core, both card products have the ability to be reissued free of charge, and their difference is only in the interest accrued on the amount received by the means of payment.

Functions of plastic cards

Pensioners who have issued a Sberbank card enjoy a classic set of functions, including:

  • making money transfers to the balances of organizations/individuals;
  • informing about expenses/receipts from/to the card;
  • carrying out non-cash payments in supermarkets;
  • balance management via the Internet or remote access;
  • cash withdrawal at any ATM;
  • payment of utilities and other services;
  • receiving a 12% discount in Sberbank partner stores.

How to transfer a pension to a Sberbank card without a pensioner

Now the requirements of the banking system indicate the need for the presence of the recipient. However, more preferential conditions are offered for older people, because some are unable to move freely without assistance. To freely carry out procedures with a bank card, you must have an authorized representative who will carry out all procedures, process transfers using bank details and withdraw additional funds for the care of pensioners who lead a sedentary lifestyle or have poor mobility. This problem is especially relevant among people over 70 years of age.

In order for such persons to have the right to use a bank account or manipulate the details of a pensioner, they draw up a special power of attorney certified by a notary. Now we face the most difficult procedure of transferring a pension to a Sberbank card. It will not be possible to resolve the power of attorney issue remotely without the presence of the pensioner.

Older people are finding it increasingly difficult to use 21st century technologies that challenge them. To facilitate the procedure, a special Sberbank portal was developed, where information is available in simple and understandable language:

  • at what time and in what amount the pension is transferred;
  • what is the state of the pension account;
  • retirement requirements.

Another important addition to the portal’s services is the ability to contact the bank manager at any time on the issue of changing the type of pension.

Acceleration of submission of documents to the Pension Fund of Russia

Yes, complete registration of state support remotely is impossible. You will also have to wait some time until your application for a pension is approved. Often pensioners are outraged by this situation and try to find a way to quickly move forward the documents that are being verified.

Speeding up the process is possible using the following algorithm:

  • visiting the Pension Fund website and going to the electronic services section;
  • fill out an application for an appointment, confirming contact details and other information;
  • indicate a convenient date for your visit and submit the form for verification.

This procedure allows you to simplify and speed up the process of processing documents to receive a pension. You can always submit an application on the Pension Fund website to change the type of money accrual.

Transfer payments back to the post office

Some people simply find it inconvenient to use card products, so a pensioner can refuse such a service by choosing mail. To return the previous changes, visit the branch of the pension fund at your place of residence, submitting an appropriate application (bring with you documents confirming your identity). It would be useful to visit a bank branch and submit a written refusal of the services provided by the organization.

A number of important features

The answer to the question: “Is it possible to apply for a pension without the presence of a pensioner” is ambiguous. The modern registration procedure will make it possible to issue a pension only partially, but for the main procedures the presence of the client for whom the pension is being issued will be required. In addition to the existing benefits, pensioners will be able to participate in various promotions offered by the banking organization. A social card is an accessible and cheap way to receive legal funds, allowing pensioners with a modest state support Don't spend an extra penny.

If a pensioner changes his place of residence, he may be paid a pension at his new place of residence (place of stay).

If a change of place of residence occurs within the Russian Federation, it is necessary that the pension (payment) file be deregistered at the place of previous residence and transferred to the territorial body of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation at the new place of residence.

  1. Contact the territorial office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation at your new place of residence.

The following must be submitted to the territorial body of the Pension Fund:

— application for a request for a payment (pension) file;

— document proving the identity of the citizen (representative);

— a document confirming the rights of the representative (if necessary);

- a document confirming registration at a new place of residence or place of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation - a passport with a registration stamp or a certificate of registration at the place.

The application and documents can be submitted:

— personally or through a representative;

in the form of an electronic document via Unified portal of public services.

You can apply for a payment (pension) file directly to the territorial body of the Pension Fund or to the multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services at your place of residence.

Employees of the Pension Fund of Russia fill out a request for a payment (pension) file and no later than one working day after your request send it to the Pension Fund at your previous place of residence. From there, the payment (pension) file is sent to the new place of residence no later than three working days from the date of receipt of the request.

If a pensioner has changed his place of residence, but does not plan to deregister, this does not prevent him from receiving his pension at the new address. In this case, the application must indicate information about the address of the place of actual residence.

Note. If a pensioner temporarily changed his place of residence, for example, went on a visit to another area, and cannot personally receive a pension, it is advisable not to transfer the pension file to the place of temporary stay. At the request of the pensioner, the pension can either be paid to a trusted person under a power of attorney executed in the prescribed manner, or transferred to an account at a credit institution. The required amount can always be obtained from another structural unit of the credit institution.

  1. Receive a pension in your new place of residence.

Payment of the pension is resumed from the first day of the month following the month in which the citizen submitted the application and Required documents.

Note!

You should also request a payment (pension) file in connection with a move if you received a pension on a bank card account at your previous place of residence. The fact is that the payment (pension) file contains all the necessary information that you and the Pension Fund employee at your new place of residence may need. For example, to recalculate the amount of a pension.

Pensioners who decide to move to another subject of the Russian Federation or beyond its borders need to find out in advance how to transfer a pension when changing their place of residence or stay. The procedure for redirecting payments to a new address is regulated by Order of the Ministry of Labor No. 600-. In some cases, when you change your region of residence, the amount of payments may also change. If size living wage will be lower, the fixed surcharge will also decrease. If special coefficients apply in the region, the pension amount will increase. In this case, pension salary for previous periods is not subject to recalculation.

If old man I moved temporarily, transferring my pension file to receive payments is inappropriate. In this case, it is better to take care in advance and either issue a power of attorney so that a representative can receive the pension, or get a bank card and ask to transfer money there. The card gives access to an account in any region where there is a bank branch. However, when moving for permanent residence, an application to transfer the payment file must be submitted.

Payment case transfer procedure

It is better to transfer a pension from one city to another immediately upon receipt of new registration. To do this, you must submit an application to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation or the MFC to deregister your pension file at your old place of residence and transfer it to a new one. If a person has not yet registered, the application indicates the place of actual residence. The same address is also indicated when changing place of residence without changing registration.

The following must be attached to the application:

  • passport or residence permit (for foreigners);
  • certificate of registration at the new address (if there is no special stamp in the passport).

The application can be submitted personally or through a representative (a power of attorney must be written in the name of this person and certified by a notary). Working pensioners can contact their employer. A request to transfer a payment (or pension) file can also be sent by mail or via the Internet, using the services of the websites of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and State Services. To do this, you must first register on the State Services website by entering personal data, and also confirm your identity by appearing at the Pension Fund. If registration has already been completed and the citizen has access to the “Personal Account”, you just need to log into it by entering your login and password.

Having received all the necessary papers, fund employees send a request to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation at the place of the applicant’s previous residence with a request to send them his payment file. The case should already be received within the next three days. Another two days are spent checking and, if necessary, recalculating the amount of payments taking into account the level of the cost of living and the required regional coefficients, as well as making a decision regarding the renewal of the pension. From the first day of the next month, the pensioner can begin receiving payments at their new place of residence.

How to submit an application?

You can fill out the application form yourself by downloading the form from the Pension Fund website. To do this, by going to the website (it is not necessary to log into your “Personal Account”), you need to select the “Life Situations” section and its subsection regarding pension benefits.

After this, you need to select the penultimate item.

You need to click on this inscription, and the document will be downloaded to your computer. Next, you need to open it and fill in the necessary data - indicate the last name, first name, patronymic, SNILS number, address (registration and actual place of residence or stay), telephone number, name of the former Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, type of pension salary received, and also list all attached papers.

You can also create an application using the service on the website of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, finding it in the “Pensions” section:

In the table that appears, you need to select the territorial department of the new Pension Fund (to do this, enter the region and city or district), and the system itself will provide the required address.

The contents of the application are then filled in.

The final step is to confirm the data in the “Informing” section.

Thus, anyone wishing to transfer a payment can choose the most convenient method for forming an application.

When moving abroad

Pensioners emigrating to other states do not lose the right to receive a Russian pension salary. The transfer procedure is regulated by Resolution No. 1387. The need to re-register pensions with travel abroad does not apply only to social payments, since they are only available to residents of the country. All other types of pensions (funded and insurance, disability, length of service and loss of a breadwinner) can be transferred.

If they wish to receive payments in a new place, emigrants must report to the territorial department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation or the MFC one month before departure. There, an application for transfer is submitted indicating the address of the new place of residence. A certificate of new registration is obtained from the consulate. People receiving survivor benefits and caring for the children of the deceased (until they turn 14 years old) must attach a certificate confirming the presence (or absence) of paid work outside the Russian Federation. This document can also be obtained from the consulate.

Non-contributory pensions

In addition to old-age insurance benefits, military personnel can also receive long-service benefits. According to Article 56 of Law No. 4468-I, the transfer of this type of pension salary is carried out on the basis of papers confirming the change of registration (or the appearance of a new permanent residence while maintaining the previous one), and the pension file. Before leaving, the serviceman must appear at the military registration and enlistment office with a request to suspend payments in connection with relocation, indicating a new place of residence. When moving from areas with established increased coefficients, the right to this benefit is lost. If, in addition to a pension salary based on length of service, a military man received old-age payments, he, like all citizens, needs to contact the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the transfer of pension payments.

The funded pension is accumulated in a non-state pension fund. This is where you need to go when moving. There you need to submit an application, supporting it with an identity card and papers confirming a change of registration address or actual residence.

With regard to insurance pension benefits for disabled people, Government Resolution No. 95 states that a person is recognized as a disabled person based on the results of passing the medical examination at the place of residence, stay or location of his payment file. To transfer a disability pension, you must register with a medical institution at your new address. The local doctor will tell you when you can undergo the medical examination, after which you must contact the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation with its results, a passport with new registration and SNILS.

Conclusion

When moving, the pension is not automatically transferred - to receive payment in a new place, you must submit an appropriate application. This applies to recipients of any type of pension, regardless of the method of receiving it. To do this, you need to contact the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation at a new address (in person, by mail or via the Internet). Before going to the Pension Fund, people with disabilities must re-pass the MSA, confirming the presence of a disability group. The only exception is for the military, who must contact the law enforcement agency that calculates pension pay based on length of service before leaving.

After the offensive retirement age and when a citizen retires, no one restricts the possibility of moving to live in another city. It is important here to consider how payment of pension upon change of residence, what and where it is necessary to prepare appeals for this.

The procedure for submitting documents depends on where the pensioner will live, namely, whether this place is located within the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, or is located abroad.

A pensioner moves to the country

Let's consider the situation of how a pension is paid when changing the city of residence. The citizen’s personal pension file, which is the basis for the assignment of all types of pension benefits, must be located in the territorial pension office at the place of actual registration and residence. Therefore, the law obliges the pensioner to inform the pension fund of the fact of a permanent change of residence.

This is done for the purpose of transferring the pension file between departments, so as not to collect the necessary documents first.

The pensioner's actions should be as follows. After registering in a new apartment (house), he should contact the nearest branch of the pension fund with the following documents:

  • a statement setting out a request to forward the pension file;
  • passport, which indicates the place of his actual registration and confirms his identity.
  • Young pensioners under the age of 14 provide a birth certificate and a document confirming the registration of a new place of actual residence;
  • power of attorney, when the registration is carried out by an authorized person. Such a citizen will also need to confirm his identity.

Submission of documents is carried out directly to the department, or through a multifunctional center by filling out electronic forms of the necessary documents.

Employees of the pension department are required to generate a request during the working day at the location of the pension file and send it. The personal file is sent immediately (no more than 3 business days) upon receipt of the relevant request. When the documents arrive, employees are required to prepare an order to register the case. Two working days are allotted for this. The correctness of the calculation on the basis of which the pension was calculated and paid earlier is immediately ensured.

Further calculation and delivery of pension benefits will be carried out at the new registration address.

Without this information, you will not be able to recalculate your pension in the future. In addition, in different regions of Russia, municipal authorities have established additional pension benefits, which will not take effect until the documents reach the local pension department.

A pensioner travels outside the country

A slightly different procedure is provided when a pensioner decides to leave the country for permanent residence. In this case, one month before the date of planned departure, you will need to provide the following package of documents to the pension fund at the place of your actual residence:

  1. a statement notifying the fact of departure to another country;
  2. passport document (confirming the identity of the pensioner or his legal representative);
  3. power of attorney (provided exclusively by the representative of the pensioner’s interests);
  4. a document confirming permanent residence outside the country. Issued by the diplomatic or consular mission of the Russian Federation. Must have a start date. Issued to the person receiving the pension, as well as his guardian (if he is a minor);
  5. document confirming the fact of employment (lack of work) in new country residence. Concerns the survivor's pensions that his dependents received. It is also issued by a diplomatic or consular office of the Russian Federation abroad. May be issued by an authorized government agency of the country of new residence;
  6. a statement indicating the method of transfer of the pension. The exception is cases when the pension was transferred to a nominal account opened in the name of a legal representative.

Submission of documents is carried out in person through the nearest pension office, or electronically through the State Services website. The registration can be carried out by the pensioner or his legal representative.

Subsequently, the accrual and payment of pensions due Russian pensioner who left the country will be carried out in rubles on the territory of Russia. The legal representative will be able to receive this money, or it will be transferred to the bank account specified by the applicant. The decision on how to pay out funds is made by the pensioner, about which informs the pension fund in writing in its application.

Such a certificate is issued either by a Russian notary or by a competent person of a foreign state. Alternatively, a pensioner can Once a year, appear in person at a diplomatic (consular) office of the Russian Federation, located in the country of his new residence and attest to the fact of being alive. The same procedure can be carried out in Russia, but here you need to contact the pension department. As a supporting document, employees of the pension fund draw up a corresponding act.

In the case where the payment of pension benefits depends on the availability of work (survivor pension), it will be necessary to update the document on actual employment.

Remember, the absence of supporting documents provided for by law is grounds for stopping the payment of your pension. After submitting the documents, the pension payment will be restored again.

When retiring, citizens think about the most convenient way to receive support from the state. Many people prefer to choose home delivery, avoiding monthly visits to post offices and banks.

The procedure for payment and delivery of pensions to your home

If a citizen decides to receive his pension at home, then on the appointed day the money will be delivered to him by the postman or courier (depending on the chosen organization).

Important: with this method of receiving money, money may be received later than the designated day, but no later than the end date of the payment period.

Pension payment schedule: what is it and why is it needed?

Pensions are accrued according to the established salary payment schedule. Based on Government Order No. dated November 17, 2014, the benefit payment period, within which a specific date of receipt is established for each recipient, begins on the 3rd day of the current month.

The date of payment of the pension is determined individually for each citizen when it is assigned. To clarify this date, the recipient can contact the territorial office of the Pension Fund of Russia (Pension Fund of Russia) with an identification document.

The day of receipt is set within the payment period, and does not depend on the wishes of the pensioner. This date is not regulated at the legislative level. It is influenced by several factors:

  1. Number of pensioners;
  2. Administrative specifics of the region;
  3. State of the regional budget.
A change in any factor influencing the determination of the payment day may provoke a change by Pension Fund employees of the date of transfer of allowances. At the same time, they are obliged to notify the recipient of the current situation.

Pension delivery schedule for different regions

Each subject of the Russian Federation has its own pension payment schedule. In order to study the exact delivery schedule, you must contact the Pension Fund branch or the Department with your passport Social Security Population (OSZN). You can also clarify the information you are interested in by calling one of the specified structures.

If the payment occurs through Russian Post, the recipient can familiarize themselves with the schedule at the post office. This information should be posted on the notice board.

Methods for delivering pensions to your home

When assigning pension benefits, a citizen has the right to independently choose the most convenient method for delivering benefits. In 2020, the Pension Fund offers 2 options to choose from:

  1. Post office;
  2. Credit and financial organization (bank).

Each of these methods has its positive and negative aspects. Before you finally decide on the delivery method, you need to consider each of them in detail.

Via Russian Post

If a citizen decides to receive benefits through Russian Post, he can do this independently by going to the post office or ordering delivery of benefits to his home. If you choose the second delivery option, the postman will deliver the benefit to the recipient’s home on the appointed day.

The advantages of this option are:

  1. Reliability - Russian Post is government organization. It cannot suspend its activities due to bankruptcy or other reasons;
  2. The ability to order home delivery is not always convenient for a pensioner to visit a public health service center. In some cases, it is more convenient for a person to receive due allowance, without leaving home.

The disadvantage of this method is the lack of privileges and additional services offered to bank clients.

Via bank

You can receive your allowance at the cash desk of a financial institution or on a plastic card of a selected organization.

Receiving security through a bank does not allow the recipient to order delivery of benefits to their home.

The main advantage of receiving a pension from a bank is convenience:

  1. If the recipient opens a card account, he will be able to withdraw cash both at the bank’s cash desk and through an ATM;
  2. The recipient does not need to wait at home for the postman on the appointed day or go to the post office. Even if he is in another city, he will receive money into his account;
  3. You can use your money at any time, regardless of the period of receipt;
  4. Most financial institutions offer their clients services on preferential terms: low interest loans, interest accrued on the account balance or increased cash back.

How to re-register a pension with home delivery

As mentioned above, you can receive a pension at home only through Russian Post. To choose this method, you will need to contact the Pension Fund at your place of residence or the nearest branch of the MFC with your passport.

Application for pension delivery

In order to transfer your allowance to the post office and receive it at home, you will need to write a corresponding application. The form of such an application is not fixed at the legislative level, but the Pension Fund of Russia has compiled a single sample of this document. The application form can be found on the official website of the Pension Fund or at its territorial branches.

The application will require the following information:

  1. Full name of the applicant;
  2. Pension insurance certificate number (SNILS);
  3. Recipient's nationality;
  4. Registration and residence address;
  5. Contact number;
  6. Passport data;
  7. Desired method of receipt. If the pensioner plans to receive benefits via mail, then you will need to indicate the number and name of the branch. If you wish to receive your pension at home, you must indicate the applicant’s current residential address.
On a note! After the application is accepted by Pension Fund employees, the delivery method will be changed from the month following the submission of the application.

How to get a pension for a disabled person

If a pensioner has serious problems with health conditions that make it impossible for him to receive his pension independently at a branch of the organization, then it would be advisable for him to apply for a pension at home.

Under circumstances that make it difficult to receive this method, it is recommended to issue a notarized power of attorney to pay allowances to someone close to you.

Power of attorney to receive pension benefits

You can issue a power of attorney from a notary or the head of the medical institution where the pensioner is staying. To do this, you will need the passport details of the principal and the authorized representative. The power of attorney lists the actions that the authorized person is allowed to perform.

The document must also reflect the period during which the power of attorney is valid. If this item is missing, then by default the document is valid for 1 year.

Is it possible to change the receiving option at State Services?

In order to change the delivery method, it is not necessary to personally visit the Pension Fund or MFC branches. This can be done online using the government services portal.

Help: to use this method, you must have a verified account with State Services.

Algorithm of actions for changing the method of receiving public services:

If the necessary information about the applicant is available to the Pension Fund, the delivery method will be changed from the date indicated in the application.

Attention: if the Pension Fund does not have the necessary information about the recipient, the applicant will receive a notification about the need to visit the territorial office of the pension fund. The notice will also contain information about the documentation that will need to be provided to Pension Fund employees.

Pension delivery is a convenient service that allows you to receive government support without visiting the organizations making the payment. It is especially relevant for residents of small settlements, where the banking structure is underdeveloped. You can change the receiving option at any time convenient for the recipient.
