Pattern of women's sandals. How to sew slippers from old jeans with your own hands - step by step. Jeans clothes

And then unexpectedly there was a continuation. Now let's move on to the boots and bag.

I have long suspected that the dresser in me is dying; for the umpteenth time, some individual piece of clothing gives me an irresistible desire to create a complete image. So the jacket required boots! I don’t undertake to sew entire shoes, I only risk altering them, so I went on a shopping spree, which ended with the purchase of cheap Turkish ankle boots.

When climbing, they were completely impenetrable, so I quickly tore off a piece (so quickly that I didn’t even think of taking a picture of them in original form, and then I had to ask permission from the saleswomen in the store).

I wanted to sew a wide elastic band in place of the piece, but... Ostap got carried away!

Again, the remains of home pants (I showed them in the last MK) and a similar terrible jacket from my American stocks were brought to light.
From the sleeves of the jacket we cut off the lower part with the fastener and sew it in place of the cut piece on the boots with an overlap (a little tip: a triangular needle for leather sews jeans even in several layers like clockwork. And if you also take care of the Teflon foot for the machine, then there will be no problems with the stitching will be. By the way, there are also leather needles and jeans for the machine). On the left in the photo is part of the sleeve, on the right is the part sewn onto the boot.

Now you need to mask the connection points. To do this, we cut off the stitched seams from the jacket (I cut off the sleeves and yoke from the remaining parts, since we will still need the shelves and the lower part of the back).

We sew on the junction of the boot and the sleeve (this phrase is clearly from the vocabulary of a madhouse))) and add fringe. We do the same with the chest pockets of the jacket: we simply cut it out, sew it in the place we like, and also terry.

The first photo shows external views of the sides, the second - internal views:

Now we will sew the boots. From the jacket we cut off the lower parts of the shelves with the fastener and sew them into two “pipes”.

True, one has only loops instead of buttons, but I cut out the buttons along with a circle of fabric on which they are riveted from the top of the jacket fastener, and, inserting them into the loops, sewed them on the inside. It turned out almost the same on both tops.

We sew on the tops and use the remnants of the jacket stitching to make belt loops along the top to visually connect the old and new parts of the boots.

We can stop here, but we are making boots to go with the painted jacket, so painting will continue. Ballpoint pen we make sketches of cats. Cats based on the artist Laurel Burch (I already wrote in the last MK that I made them only for my own use).

Contour with diluted Sapphire leather paint (it is thick, and fabric paint will not crawl behind it later).

We paint (paints for dark fabrics Pebeo and Yavana) as anyone likes (I was written in reviews of the last MK: they say, it’s a pity that I don’t know how to draw. Therefore, I emphasize once again that the ability to draw is not needed here, everything is colored simply according to the principle of children’s coloring. You can safely entrust this to your children of primary school age)

Now the boots are ready.

Again, we could stop here - in fact, MK ends here - but we are not looking for easy ways =))), so I’ll invent a little more... and invent a bag.

I immediately apologize to the scrappy girls for the mistakes I made. I'm not a master at this at all, this is my first attempt at writing.

I cut the remaining jeans from the pants and jacket into strips of arbitrary length (whichever was on the scraps) 5 cm wide. I cut the same strips from a suitable rag. I sewed it all into a long strip, alternating different sections in random order. From thick fabric I cut one rectangle the entire length of the bag (front, bottom and back in one piece). Then I simply sewed my ribbon onto the base, cutting off the remaining “tail” each time. Stripe - the next stripe facing the previous one - stitching. We repeat this until the entire base is covered. It turns out assembly and quilting at the same time. Then we duplicate the adhesive fabric and sew on the remaining pockets and belt loops from the home pants (we draw cats for one pocket). Well, then the assembly, lining and zipper. I did it simply with a pen: I painted a clothesline with indigo paint and twisted it into a rope.

Here's what happened:

But it was a coward who came up with the brakes, so we moved on...
AND

From the fabric (the same as on the bag) we cut out three stripes (the top of the sundress, the bottom and the frill). We sew them into “pipes” and sew them to each other. We make drawstrings for elastic along the top and waistband of the sundress. That's it: the super-fast sundress is ready. All that remains is to stitch on the lace (dyed with the same indigo as the rope for the bag).

This is how the set turned out. My child really liked it

All that was left of the pants and jacket was the collar and codpiece; I still couldn’t figure out what to use them for =)))).

- this is reality, and you can make exactly the version of sandals that suits only you. Now you don’t have to buy brands for exorbitant amounts of money, but rather just buy all available materials to make your own shoes.

You most likely still have soles from your old sandals, which you can use as you wish. Imagine how cool sandals you made with crochet could look.

To make sandals you will need:

1. Sole.
2. The material with which you will cover the top of the shoe, and it can be anything. It all depends on your desire and taste. For example, you can use a piece of thick fabric or a small piece of leather jacket. There are cases when even an old belt is used, because there are no limits to the imagination of a creative person.
3. Needle, thread or scissors.
4. Super glue. Of course, shoe glue can also work, but the main thing is that it glues both small fittings and large parts.
5. Beads, clasps and other decorative details.

First, completely make the upper of the shoe the way it should be. For example, you stopped at the skin. Insert rivets and other elements into it, and only then you can sew it to the sole.

How to work with the sole correctly?

If the sole is soft, you can divide it into two parts in the places where you are going to insert the upper part. It’s very original to attach a belt buckle in the middle. The top can also be textile, which is especially great now, because there are wonderful prints that you can even match with your clothes.

There is also such a wonderful option when both parts are sewn on both sides at the same time, but in the middle it is not a continuous strip, but is connected into a knot. Surely no one will have sandals like these, especially if you wrap them in a beautiful bright ribbon.

If you decide to sew a sole with an upper, then you can think of another option - use bright threads that will serve as a contrast and come up with a beautiful seam. True, this option is ideal for those sandals that you rarely wear, because the threads fray over time and may no longer be so attractive.

Now let's talk about straps for sandals. They should be bright and beautiful. It's interesting when the ribbons wrap around your leg. You can also use a ribbon that is not the same color as the sandals themselves. Then they will stand out.

Interesting options for sandals

The sandals you make with felt flowers look great. They are light and elegant, and besides, there are a lot of options for how to make flowers from fabric, you will probably find something, and only you will have such a decoration. If you prefer flip-flops, you can skip the harnesses and straps.

And to give ordinary sandals a festive look, cover them with glitter polish. Modifying shoes and making them more modern is easy and simple.

Spring is just coming, and people are already thinking about summer. They begin to purchase sunglasses, swimsuits, sundresses, sunscreens. Naturally, this also applies to summer shoes. Everyone faces the problem of acquiring summer shoes.

This is a rather difficult matter, but some people are looking for certain companies, models, color scheme, others need the price to match the quality, while others have a certain amount of money and are looking for shoes to match it. As a result, it is not always possible to find a practical and comfortable pair for yourself. But I’m completely tired of wearing sandals like my friends. But there is no money for exclusive and designer items.

Therefore, take the opportunity to make your own sandals. You don’t have to be a shoemaker, since any girl can make sandals. After all, if you have a good sole, you can create a real masterpiece using ribbons, leather, fabrics, crocheting and other decor: stones, rhinestones, sequins.

How old flip-flops turn into beautiful sandals

On the eve of summer, you just need to know how to make unusual and comfortable sandals with your own hands. For production you will need old flip-flops, elastic fabric, an awl, glue, and scissors.

Sequence of work:

  1. first, worn straps are cut off from old sandals;
  2. a strip of fabric is measured and cut. It should be quite narrow and long so that it can wrap around the ankle, and more than once;
  3. the straps on the slippers leave holes, so you should stretch a cord of fabric through them and tie them on the sole itself using knots;
  4. The side of the sole of the slap should be cut. The resulting cuts will need to insert fabric strips that hold the legs in the toe area. You should not make a very deep cut so that the footrest does not wear out so much;
  5. cut wider fabric strips. These strips will hold your toes. The approximate size is 8 cm by 20 cm. The length of the strips should be such as to prevent the legs from dangling. In addition, you need to leave about 1.5 cm around the edges, they will fix the footrest;
  6. Next, you need to insert the fabric into the cuts in the sole, compress it and fix the fabric using shoe glue;
  7. Clamp the places where everything was glued with a vice and wait for it to dry.

The front of the sandals can have a variety of designs: fabric strips can be crossed, the strip can be glued straight, and the strips can also be tied together. In addition, it will be beautiful if you make jewelry from beads, embroidery, and appliqué.

To keep the price of DIY sandals low, it is recommended to use simple and inexpensive materials.

For this job you must have:

First, take the sole and get rid of everything that remains on it, for example, cut off the straps from old shoes. With a soft foot, it is carefully cut into two halves and divided into layers. The result is two parts for each leg. Alternatively, cuts are made where the top will be attached.

If a regular insole is used or cut from linoleum, then two parts are made, one for each leg. Then the top is tried on with one of the layers of the footboard. Here you need to use your imagination and experiment. If you have the desire, you can get an extraordinary result.

The belt buckle at the top of the sandals looks original. If it is on one of the legs, it looks extraordinary. Therefore, you should not be complex. Also used is a fabric top or crocheted. These shoes can be worn both outdoors and at home.

If these are slippers, then they can be the same color as the robe. Take a belt, wrap it around the leg in the toe area, as well as the sole, and mark the required length. Upper layer sewn into a ring according to the marks. The ring is glued or sewn onto the footrest itself. Afterwards, the upper part of the sole is connected to the lower part, stitched and glued. It is better to use contrasting threads to make the shoes look impressive. But this is recommended for indoor slippers, because when walking on asphalt, the threads wear off.

If a dense sole is used, then the top is simply glued into a ring with the bottom. Of course, the sole will not look too elegant, but this will not harm the quality of the homemade shoes.

If the sole is cut, then the top is inserted into the holes and sealed. When the sole is very soft, it is good to stitch the product with threads, making as strong a seam as possible. If you leave everything, you get flip-flops, and to make sandals, you can use straps made from the remains of a belt. They are glued to the bottom of the sole, stitched, a fastener is sewn on, and holes are made for fastening using an awl.

Making wedge shoes

To make creative and inexpensive do-it-yourself wedge sandals, you will need:

The footrest is glued together from cardboard in several layers according to a pre-prepared pattern. The finished sole is painted in the required color. The straps, which are the upper part, are glued, then the insole is glued. Of course, such shoes will not last long, and you should not get caught in the rain in them. But it can be made bright, unusual, original. And its main advantage is that it is inexpensive.

IN Lately material such as denim is at the peak of popularity, and this applies not only to clothes, but also to shoes. Denim sandals will add a touch of originality to a summer ensemble and demonstrate the originality of their owner. In addition, due to its texture, these shoes are unusually soft and comfortable.

Models

Denim sandals are indispensable as everyday shoes, as well as for pleasant evening walks and, of course, for a seaside holiday.

Fashion industry today offers denim sandals in a variety of models. The wedge version looks stylish, especially if it is made of light and practical cork. By the way, natural cork is quite expensive, so it is often replaced with cheaper artificial analogues, which, however, are not inferior in quality. Sandals on a wooden wedge, which can be simply covered with denim, look no less attractive. Wedge styles are often fastened with elegant ankle straps.

Interesting solution– denim sandals with a thick platform. Options with cutouts on the toe and heel are especially fashionable.

Models with high heels always look feminine. Depending on its thickness (a seductive stiletto heel or a stable heel), such shoes serve as a successful addition to an evening or everyday look.

Note that a variety of decor looks very harmonious on denim sandals: locks and buttons, beads and rhinestones.

Popular brands

In the latest collections of many famous brands you can find original models of denim sandals. Yes, Italian brand Primadonna collection offers a range of wedge heel products, among which denim options occupy a worthy place. The shoes are distinguished by a stylish round toe and a laconic design that includes metal elements.

Another Italian company - Napapijri– creates amazingly beautiful shoes. Incredibly feminine sandals made of jeans with a polka dot print seem to be specially created for sophisticated romantic ladies. And the paisley pattern (its other name is “Turkish cucumber”) will decorate each leg, being a catchy accent of the ensemble.

Company LOST INK(Great Britain), creating its shoes, focuses on extravagant people. After all, not every girl dares to wear denim sandals equipped with a platform with a 20-centimeter heel. This model paradoxically combines Street style and luxury. Gold buckles add extra chic to the shoes.

Universal models Lorenzo Marie, on the contrary, are suitable for every woman without fear of damaging her leg due to the high heels.

How to make it yourself

Any girl with basic sewing skills can make her own denim sandals. The main advantage of such shoes is that they are inexpensive; for the summer season you can make more than one such pair, for example, with different options soles.

For work, you will need a pair of worn-out or simply boring summer shoes - the main thing is that the soles are in functional condition.

First, you need to carefully cut off the straps or straps from old shoes. On the sides of the sole you need to make cuts into which the denim is inserted. This can be one wide strip or two or three narrower ones - they will hold the toes. The length of the strips must be carefully measured according to the fullness of your feet: it is important to prevent your legs from dangling freely or being excessively compressed. The material is fixed using special glue for shoes: you need to fix it in the cuts and fix it with a vice until it dries completely.

Note that you can model the design of the front part as your imagination tells you: denim stripes can cross and tie into neat knots. In addition, beaded jewelry, appliqués, and embroidery look harmonious on such shoes. Denim fragments can be set aside at the edges with contrasting threads (for example, yellow or orange). As original decor Various buckles can also protrude.

  • As for the specifics of caring for denim shoes, you need to clean them with a soft brush. Such products are dried in natural conditions– this will avoid deformation.

What to wear with

  2. As for combining different textures in an image, you should not combine denim with denim. The optimal solution in this case is clothing made of linen, chiffon or leather. You shouldn’t choose the same bag with denim shoes; it’s better to take a leather accessory.
