How to make a beaded flower basket. how to make a beaded flower basket how to make a beaded flower basket

Beadwork is a fairly popular way to decorate a home interior today, giving it warmth and comfort. Modern craftswomen are able to create products of any complexity, from elementary "children's jewelry" to full-fledged compositions. But mastering this art is not at all difficult even for a child. On the contrary, a sophisticated children's imagination can give originality to products.
For modern parents, whose children go to grades 1-3, the problem of amateur performance is very familiar. For almost any celebration, the child must bring to school some kind - do not be a hand-made craft, but mothers and fathers often have to do it. This article will discuss how to make an original and, most importantly, not too complicated bead school.
To make a basket with flowers, you will need wire for weaving and, in fact, beads. The number of beads needed depends on its size. Mandatory for this is brown and green beads (for baskets and leaves), but the color of the flowers themselves can be anything, it completely depends on the desire of the master. It will take about 1.5 m of wire and 25-30 grams of beads.
The finished product should consist of the following parts:
1. Flower 1 (Chamomile);
2. Flower 3 (Southern Whip);

4. Leaves.

To create any product from beads, you must first prepare everything you need. To make one chamomile, you will need 20 cm of wire and 2-3 grams of beads (170-180 pcs). First you need to make a fastening loop, and then dial 16 pcs of beads and thread a free wire through the fastening loop. It turns out an empty petal.

You can fill the petals with beads immediately, or after making 5-6 petals, i.e. the whole flower.

To fill the empty space, you will need to string 8 beads and make a loop around the petal. In total, 5-6 flowers are needed. To create the second type of flowers, you need to make a loop and string blue beads onto a wire to make a strip of 5 cm. You will need 3 such segments. Then connect the free wire from three segments by threading them into green beads. The basket is fairly easy to make. First, 5 - 6 units of beads are typed, which are connected into a ring. Then there is an increase in rows (the number of beads in each row should increase by 3 pcs). The result should be a basket 6-7 cm high.

For the leaves you need green beads. First you need to make a fastening loop. Then, do the same with the next rows. The number of beads in each row should increase by 1 or 2 pieces.

Beading is a painstaking, delicate art. Masters show miracles of accuracy and precision, carefully weaving each bead into their work. There is no limit to fantasy, and armed with a variety of beads and wire, the creators create incredible products. Natural motifs did not stand aside either - flower arrangements made of beads can become an original and unique gift, decoration or talisman, both for an adult and a child.

An example of an unusual beaded hair ornament is in the photo below.

A bit of history

Where did beads appear, giving us a huge scope for creativity to this day?

Archaeological research takes us to Egypt. The earliest glassware found during excavations dates back to the reign of the first dynasty of the pharaohs, which is five thousand years ago. Some scientists argue that glassmaking originated even earlier - this is evidenced by a greenish bead found by scientists, stored in a museum in Berlin, according to some studies, its age is about five and a half thousand years.

On the territory of the former Kyiv state, fragments of beads are also found, some of the earliest were found in burials dating back to the 3rd-4th centuries.

The beauty of beads has been admired since ancient times, and to this day interest in it has not been lost - amazing products are created from it, you just have to be patient!

If you are thinking about an unusual gift for relatives and friends or a souvenir for your own collection, then beading workshops will help you bring your idea to life. Immerse yourself in the world of iridescent beads and beads!

How to create an original version of crafts from beads - flowers in a basket - with detailed step-by-step actions, you can see in this video.

Consider more simple, but no less delightful creations.

Tenderness of forget-me-nots

To create a product, we need:

  • beads: yellow or orange for flower cores, blue for flowers and green for leaves;
  • fishing line / wire, it is desirable to take a thickness of about 0.2 mm;
  • green threads;
  • stationery knife, nail scissors, whichever is more convenient for you;
  • flower pot or vase to complete the look.

We present a detailed description of weaving forget-me-nots. We take our wire, we need a piece of about 10 cm.

We put one yellow and five blue beads on it one after another, it is indicated on the diagram a).

We pass one edge of the wire, from the side of the blue beads, one more time through the first three beads, then we pass it through the yellow one, in figure b) the sequence of actions is clearly shown. It turned out to be a small flower.

We turn the ends of the wire under the yellow center. If you want to get a fairly lush bouquet, you need to weave a lot of these flowers. We twist two flowers together and get an inflorescence.

Leaf weaving is the next step in creating our flower. We will need a longer piece of wire and green beads. Easy technology is well suited for beginners, yet eliminating any questions, consider the scheme step by step.

Step 1. Three beads are put on the wire, then threaded through two, both ends cross - crosswise, forming two rows of leaves, pay attention to the photo below:

Step 3. We continue. On the next row, repeat with four beads. Then five beads are pierced in the fifth row.

To create wider leaves, you can increase the number of beads in subsequent rows, you can also create leaves of different sizes.

If you need a thin elongated leaf, weave several rows with an equal number of beads in each, depending on how long the leaf we want to get.

Step 4. To complete the formation of the element, in each subsequent row, the number of beads put on is reduced by one.

Step 5. Here you have one bead left on the wire, pull the wire through it from both sides and screw both ends, fixing the shape.

When forming a bouquet, its splendor, the number of leaves and flowers, depends only on your imagination. You can also weave flowers of different shades of blue. And use not only yellow, but also orange beads for the core. All the resulting details are put together, gradually twisting them and forming a bouquet.

Step 6. In order for the wire to hide from the eyes and the work to be clean, it is necessary to tightly intertwine all the elements with the prepared thread, so we imitate the stem. Pebbles or sand are suitable as a fixative in a pot. So our bouquet of forget-me-nots is ready.

It will serve as a desk decor or living room decoration. Present it to your mother or grandmother - they will surely appreciate your work. Or start collecting your line of beaded flowers! Please note that the proposed flower weaving algorithm is also suitable for creating other plants. By combining the color scheme, number, size of flowers and leaves, you can create an extraordinary garden. So do not stop at small things, but continue to improve your talents.

Such a basket with sweets will be the highlight of any festive table.

So, for work you will need:
Basket - bread box,
wire with a diameter of about 1-2mm,
blue cloth,
satin ribbons of different widths in blue, yellow, green, pink,
Beading wire,
fishing line,
regular and beaded needles,
thread,
awl, lighter
yellow, green and silver beads,
transparent plastic (from toy packaging),
Glue gun.

To begin with, I wove 5 large daisies from beads.

To do this, I cut out a 2x2 cm square from plastic, if the plastic is thin, then we make a double square. Next, we make a hole in the center with an awl, but we make it only with the tip of the awl.

The hole should be like a needle. Further, around the already made hole in a circle, we make the same holes, placing them at an equal distance from each other and about 2 mm from the central one.

Now we cut off about 50 cm of the fishing line, thread 1 edge into the beading needle, pass it through the central hole on the plastic, and collect 7 yellow beads. Then we move the last bead typed and pass the needle into the 6 remaining beads in the opposite direction.

And we pass into the same hole on the plastic. At the same time, we hold the fishing line from the bottom side, since it is not fixed. Now we pass the needle into any adjacent hole and collect 6 yellow beads, move the last one and return to the remaining 5 beads and into the same hole.
We pull the line. Now the fishing line from the bottom side can not be held. We continue to braid the central 7 beads in a circle.

When the circle is finished, add a new circle with an awl, on which we will collect 5 beads and return back after the first 4.

Now add the last circle with 3 beads. And we return back through the last 2.

All. The center of the flower is ready, yellow beads are no longer required for this chamomile. Now we fix both ends of the fishing line, making knots on the underside of the plastic.

And cut off the excess line. We leave the tips of the centimeter by 2. Next, we make holes around the center of the chamomile. In this case, the holes should be larger than the first. Since we will continue to use wire for beading with a diameter of 0.4 mm, silver.

So. We take about 1m of wire and cut it off the coil. We collect 30 silver beads on the wire (you can use white beads, then the chamomile will turn out like in the field). Then we bend the wire in half and collect 1 bead at once on both ends of the wire.

And we tighten the bead loop with this bead.

Now we dissolve both ends of the wire into the prepared hole in the plastic, so that the beads are on the same side as the yellow beads.

Now we separate the wire, we pass one end into the next hole and we collect 31 beads, we pass the wire into the first dialed bead and into the same hole. We tighten. Only not just with our hands, but we put either an awl or a needle on the inside. Otherwise, the wire will tear the plastic.

And so we continue to make silver loops around the entire circumference of the flower.

When the wire ends, we begin to use the second end.

Now that the chamomile is almost ready, fold the petals towards the center

And cut off the excess plastic around the circumference. Leave about 2 mm around the edges.

The wire remaining during weaving will be used as a stem. You can braid additional wire for strength. Now we heat the glue gun, take a camomile, and glue a green tape 1 cm wide onto the plastic. Enough 2 pieces of tape 2-3 cm each. Cut off the excess tape in a circle and singe the edges with a lighter.

We straighten the petals and press both sides to each other. To make the petals long and sharp. But this is optional, with round petals the chamomile does not look so believable, but nevertheless pretty.

The flower is almost ready, it remains only to decorate the stem. But we'll do that later.

So 5 daisies are ready.

We make leaves from green beads.

To do this, cut off about 20 cm of green wire, fold it in half and twist both wires in a loop at the fold. We collect 5 cm of beads at both ends, and we collect 1 more bead on one end of the wire, and we pass the second end of the wire towards the first, and with each end of the wire we pass into 5-7 beads on the right and left sides. We tighten.

Now we collect more beads and make a loop around the base of the leaf. Then do the same with the other end of the wire.

All, leave such a leaf. We make them 3-5 pieces.

Now we do the same, but on a wire of about 50 cm, after repeating the steps described above, we continue weaving. We collect more beads and pass the wire up into 1 bead, about 1 cm from the extreme top. And with beads we return to the base of the leaf. We do the same on the other side. We make 4-5 more such leaves.

Leaves are ready.

Now we collect a branch. We take a glue gun and begin to wrap the stem of the first chamomile with a 5 cm satin ribbon, weave smaller leaves.

Then we wrap it with another tape, not forgetting to add glue, the second chamomile. Weave both daisies into one chain.

Then we knit the third. Do not forget to periodically add green leaves.

We finish the branch and put it aside.

2 more daisies will be needed later.

Now we take a thick wire and a basket - a bread box.

We attach handles to the basket. First, we pass the wire through the center of the oval, then with a centimeter offset by 3-5. But at the top of the handle we connect the wire into one structure. We try to use a long wire, and do not cut it off. If possible, handles should be made from 1 piece of wire.

Now we decorate the basket with a cloth. I used a blue fabric with a pearly sheen like jersey.

I cut out a square from the fabric. First, I tucked the edge of the fabric 0.5 cm and stitched the central part of one side of the square with stitches. At the same time, I tweaked this part a bit.

The right side of the fabric should be on the bottom and sides of the basket. And I sewed this gathered part to the bottom of the basket on one side.

Then I did the same with the opposite side of the fabric square. And I sewed the fabric on the opposite side of the basket.

Then she began to pull up the edges of the fabric and tighten on the sides, where the handles are located.

It remains to close the bottom of the basket. To do this, I cut out an oval from the fabric a little larger than the bottom. And bending the edges inward, I stitched around the entire circumference of the oval.

Now the pens. I decided to do this:

First, I wound one chamomile at the junction of the handles, where 3 wires are connected into one. Made symmetrically on the opposite side.

Then, along the central wire from one edge to the other, she passed a blue ribbon 1 cm wide to the bottom of the basket. along the center wire. And I wrapped the side wires with yellow tape 0.5 cm wide. At the same time, I did not forget to add glue.

It remains to attach a sprig with daisies to the side of the basket. I sewed it on. It wouldn't last long on glue.

In principle, the basket is ready.

But I decided to add colors and spiraled green and pink ribbons along the handles.

Such a basket can be used to store sweets, or give a gift in it.

Doll accessories can always be made by hand. These cute beaded baskets will help you properly decorate the doll kitchen, and we will tell you how to create them in our master class with a weaving pattern.

Tools and materials Time: 20 minutes Difficulty: 1/10

  • beads of various colors;
  • bugle;
  • fishing line and wire for working with beads.

Step-by-step instruction

First we will make a basket without a handle. To work on it, we will use glass beads of any length, wire and multi-colored beads 11/0.

Step 1: form a circle of glass beads

First, according to the proposed scheme, we need to form a circle of 28 glass beads, between which beads are placed. To form each row of bugles, we string one bugle on the wire, then one bead on the upper tail, and cross the tails in the next bugle.

Step 2: String Beads

Further, the rows are formed according to the same principle - on the upper tail of the bead, then we cross both tails in glass beads. Thanks to this approach, we get a side element of the basket slightly extended towards the top.

Step 3: making the base

Now, according to the scheme (where the number of beads for each row is indicated), we form a round base from the wire. This is done using the technique of parallel weaving. By adding a large number of beads for each step, the base is flat, and the wire will securely fix its shape. As a result, we connect two elements together and get either a basket without a handle or a beautiful colored plate for a doll table.

Step 4: Making the Pen

The second basket with a handle is formed from beads and fishing line. The first circle is formed in the form of a petal and the rest of the circles are already growing on it. Only after the wicker base of the basket is ready. You can start making a pen.

To do this, we string 34 beads on two tails of thread, and twist these two low beads together before we fix them on the base on the other side. So the pen will keep its shape. We fix the rest of the ponytails by tying them into a knot, and simply cut off the excess, but not completely, so that the product does not bloom. We hide the remaining pieces of fishing line in the product.

Now our bead basket is ready. We hope you liked the master class, and the weaving scheme did not cause difficulties in the work.

We always have beads that lie and wait in the wings. This “hour” has come for me and I wove a basket. So girls, let's get started.

We collect all the remnants of beads of the same size, mix and simply collect it on the coil.

1) Now we make the frame. We take a thin aluminum wire 25-30 cm long - seven or eight pieces (eight more convenient) wrap it with floral tape.

2) Twist the axles together.

3) We spread the axes to the sides symmetrically.

4) We attach the wire with beads to the twist and weave the bottom. In the first row - one bead each, and in the next row we add so that it is even and beautiful.

- After the bottom is ready (the size is up to you), we bend the axes up. The twist stays inside. The shape of the basket can be adjusted by expanding or narrowing the axis towards its middle.

- We continue to weave to the required height. I shaded the top of the basket with gold beads. They also decorated the handle.

- Cut off the excess ends of the axles, leaving 7-10 mm.

- We bend them inside the basket.

- Now we will make a handle for the basket. We take the wire of the required length.
This is arbitrary, but it should reach at least the middle of the height of your product, and preferably to the bottom. We bend.

- Wrap with florentine. Let's shape it again.

- We collect gold beads on the wire. We fold it in half (the length should be one and a half times the length of the handle) and fasten it on one side of the arc.

- Then we wrap the arc with a double thread with beads. Make sure the thread is not twisted. For convenience, you can use a single thread and wrap once or twice. We fix it at the other end of the arc.

- We straighten the threads and fasten the arc to the basket with the help of the wire on which the beads were collected. We fasten inside the basket fixing the arc to the axes.

All! The basket is ready! It turns out quickly and beautifully. It took me almost 300 grams of large beads for a plain gold basket.
But she wasn't small. Five poppies were planted in it.

Creative success, do not be afraid to experiment.
