Simple and beautiful flowers from foamiran. A large flower from foamiran, a master class: a step-by-step description and reviews. How to make a lily flower from foamiran

Foamiran (fom), isolon

Foamiran (abbr. fom, fom from English foam - foam) - a material unique in its properties, colloquially also called: foam rubber, foam rubber, artificial suede. Designed for the manufacture of artificial flowers, toys, small items. Word foamiran comes from the name of an Iranian company Foam Iran Company, which is the world leader in the production of this material. Chemical name of the material - ethylene vinyl acetate (abbr. EVA). The elasticity and strength of the material is due to the fact that it contains ethylene and vinyl acetate.

To make the petal look like a natural one, the craftsmen slightly stretch fom(up to 10%), if necessary, creating a waviness of the edge. Very pleasant to work with, this material is just perfect for children's creativity. For the production of foam mass, from which sponge sheets are then obtained foamirana using special automatic equipment. Thanks to a special production technology, the color of the material remains saturated even over time. fom much stronger than ordinary paper and, at the same time, pleasant and soft to the touch, keeps its shape perfectly and is not at all afraid of water. Even if the products Thomas dirty, they can be washed without fear that they will be spoiled.

Izolon- a modern universal material that is widely used in almost all areas of human life. Isolon does not give in to deformation, perfectly holds the given shape, is not afraid of moisture and temperature changes. Softness, flexibility and tensile strength make it possible to make various crafts from isolon without the use of special equipment. It is enough to have at hand only a ruler, glue, scissors and a stapler. Widely used for making flowers, flower arrangements, in children's art. The bright colors of isolon - green, yellow, red and their shades - create a wide field for a flight of fancy for any decorative decorations made of flowers and leaves.

Master Class

Master Class (MK) - this is the transfer of his professional experience by the master (teacher), his consistent, verified actions leading to a predetermined result.

To publish a master class, the work must be the author's (invented and made by you). If someone else's idea was used, then the author must be indicated. (A link to the source should not lead to a site containing the sale of goods or services, since links to commercial sites are prohibited under clause 2.4 of the PS).

Your master class should not completely duplicate the one already available in the Land of Masters. Before publishing, check through the search that there are no similar MKs on the site.

The process must be photographed step by step (see Tips for Photographing Crafts) or filmed (see How to Upload a Video).

Registration procedure: the first photo is the finished work that is proposed to be completed, the second photo is the materials and tools necessary for the work (or their detailed description), then the stages of the MC from the first to the last. The final photo (the result of the work) can repeat the very first one. Photos must be accompanied by clear and competent comments on the process.

If you have already published your MK on another site and you also want to publish it with us, then you need to follow all the rules for issuing an MK described above. In other words: in a post with the MK type, you can’t just put a photo of the finished product and a link to a master class on another site.

Attention: all master classes in the Land of Masters are checked by site assistants. If the requirements of the Master Class section are not met, the record type will be changed. If the User Agreement of the site is violated, for example, copyright is violated, the entry will be removed from publication.

A plastic foamiran peony is a rather lush, beautiful bud that even a novice master can make.

To conduct the MC, we need the following types of materials:

  1. Porous foamiran. To make the craft as realistic as possible, purchase material no more than 1 mm thick. We need a dark green, dark pink and light pink canvas.
  2. Fixation teip tape, which can be light green or green.
  3. Acrylic water based paints. To make the artificial flower interesting and as realistic as possible, get a dark pink, marsh and yellow shade of paint.
  4. Volumetric thick wire that will bend well, with a diameter of 1-1.5 mm. It will be needed to form the stem. For leaves, you need a small piece of floral or thin wire.
  5. A set of art brushes, as well as foam rubber, from which you need to make a small sponge (or sponge).
  6. Manicure scissors and a standard glue gun. You can use any manicure tool that will easily cut foamiran.
  7. A beautiful mother-of-pearl stone, a voluminous bead or a piece of foil, from which the core of the bud will be formed.

We also need a pattern that can be printed or hand drawn. With its help, we will form the petals and components of our bud. When everything you need is on the table, you can start creating a peony step by step.

  1. Cut flower parts according to our pattern.
    - A - 10 light pink petals;
    - B - 10 petals of a light pink shade and 5 blanks of a dark pink color;
    - C - 10 parts of a light pink shade;
    - D - 5 dark pink petals;
    - E - 5 dark pink parts;
    - Z - 3 leaves of a dark green hue;
    - M - 6 sheets of dark green color;
    - K and L - 5 gluing sepals of a dark green hue;
    - F - a blank in the form of a sun with rays, from which we will form an interesting core with imitation of stamens.

    From the existing image, we cut out the pattern, transfer it to a light pink foamiran and cut out a circle. After that, cut the rays with sharp ends.

  2. Shading leaves and petals

    Using acrylic paint, we make a light tinting of the petals of our peony, trying to get the effect of a non-uniform color (sometimes darker towards the edge of the petal, then darker closer to the base). To do this, we need a small brush with which we paint over all the petals on both sides.

    The second stage is the creation of "reviving" leaves. For this, we also use the method of manual tinting. With a darker green paint, we paint over our foamiran leaves only on one side, and then draw the central veins in the center of the trefoil, distributing the paint from the center to the edges of the workpiece.

  3. Corrugation of leaves and petals

    The initial stage will be the corrugation of the petals B. We fold the workpiece in small folds according to the "accordion" principle.

  4. flower assembly

    We are preparing the base on which many peony petals will be fixed. To do this, we form a dense ball from foil, the diameter of which should not exceed 1.5 cm. If you decide to use a bead, then make sure that it has a wide enough hole. We pierce a hole in the foil ball, into which we fill the glue and immediately thread the prepared wire into the hole.

    We string the workpiece G onto the wire and tie all the upper parts with a thread, placing them above the bead.

    We dip the tips of the stamens in yellow acrylic paint, after which we attach 10 petals A to them, using a glue gun for this.

    We fix the petals B, folded like an accordion at the base, so that small folds are obtained. In this way we fix 10 light pink and 5 dark pink petals.

    The next row we glue 5 petals C, and behind them - in a checkerboard pattern 5 more of the same blanks.

    The pre-final stage will be gluing five petals D in a checkerboard pattern in relation to the previous ones.

    And the creation of the final row of the 5 largest petals E.

    We fix the sepals and begin to collect the leaves as shown in the photo.

    We decorate the hairpin with a lush poppy

    Red foamiran poppy is a great way to decorate any hair accessory or diversify a flower bouquet consisting of field plants.

    To create it, we need:

    • dense foamiran of black, green and red hue;
    • acrylic paint (red and white);
    • bright pastel and sponge for tinting;
    • simple threads, a piece of foil, an iron and curly scissors;
    • hairpin-machine without decorations;
    • glue, a manicure stick or a wooden toothpick, as well as phlox powder.

    When all the materials are ready, you can proceed to the master class. To do this, follow the instructions below.

    We draw by hand paper templates in the amount of 8-16 pieces. We need 4 small blanks - 5.5 * 4.5 cm, as well as 4 large ones - 7.5 * 5.5 cm.

    We cut a strip of black foamiran and process one side so that we get a fringe.

    We make the base from a ball of foil, the diameter of the workpiece is approximately 1.7-2 cm.

    We tint our petals on one side, using a sponge for this.

    Smooth out sharp corners with curly scissors.

    Lightly touching our petal with a sponge, we apply white paint on one side to the lower part of the petal.

    Cut out a circle from green foamiran, put a foil ball in the middle and begin to form a poppy head. We tie the ball with a thread as shown in the photo.

    Cut off the excess thread. We turn the ends over (turn out) and glue them. You can slightly tint the core first with red and then with white paint.

    We start assembling the flower by gluing the fringe.

    We form poppy petals by heating the material on the iron, which is in the “silk-wool” mode. We fold the warm blanks with an accordion, twist and slightly stretch the middle. We do this with all the petals.

    We paint the fringe a little white. We begin to glue the petals overlapping, forming rows. First 4 petals in one row.

    Then we glue the large petals below the first row by about 1-2 mm, also overlapping a little.

    We cut out the leaves and apply a texture to them, tinting with paint and shading it with a sponge on both sides.

    Glue the leaves, sprinkling them with phlox powder.

    The flower is ready. Now it remains for us to glue it to the automatic hairpin using a hole punch or glue. You can do your hair!

Master class hairpins and headbands from foamiran

Foamiran is an ideal material for making artificial flowers. They can be used for interior decoration, wedding floristry, creating unique accessories for women. This article will teach you how to make flowers from foamiran with your own hands.

open foma

In order to create any flower from foma, you will need:

  • Foamiran of various shades;
  • Scissors, both regular and curly;
  • Glue (hot glue, moment or second glue);
  • Iron;
  • Wire or wooden toothpick;
  • Foil;
  • Any paint for tinting products (acrylic, oil, pastel);
  • Tool for applying paint (brush, sponge);
  • Molds (to create a realistic flower texture);
  • Accessories (beads, rhinestones, stamens).

The photo shows all the materials needed to work with foamiran:

These tools and materials can be easily purchased at almost any craft store.

To create more complex flowers, such as ranunculus, peony and orchid, in addition to materials, you will need patterns. A pattern is a schematic representation of parts of a future product, made of paper, cardboard and other materials. To create realistic products, needlewomen take real flowers and circle them on cardboard or paper, thus obtaining a unique pattern. It looks like this:

Each needlewoman will have such a scheme, because any flower that nature has created is unique. If there is no time to do botany, the easiest way is to resort to the experience of other needlewomen and use ready-made patterns to create your own product. Even if you use the same patterns all the time in creating a particular flower, it will still be unique. Because when processing foamiran, it is impossible to give all products the same shape, these are the features of this wonderful material. To use ready-made patterns in your work, you just need to transfer them to thick paper or cardboard and cut them out. It is very convenient to store cardboard blanks in signed envelopes. To transfer the pattern to foamiran, simply circle the patterns with a toothpick. Next, cut out the details, and you can start working.

Below are a few schemes for creating different colors:

Simple Options

After selecting the scheme and preparing the material, you can proceed directly to work. Making flowers from foma consists of the following steps:

  • Transferring the pattern to foamiran;
  • Cutting details;
  • Toning parts of the flower with various types of paint;
  • Processing parts with an iron and hands, as well as molds;
  • Direct assembly of the product.

It is worth starting work with simpler flowers, such as dandelion, aster, crocus. To create them, you do not need certain skills, it is enough to have the necessary material at hand.

How to make simple flowers from foamiran, you can see in the selection of video tutorials below:

We make marin root

Let us consider in more detail the described work with foamiran using the example of creating a terry peony flower.

Tools and materials for work: light pink and green foamiran, glue, scissors, dry pastel, toothpick, hair straightener.

Pattern:

Transfer the pattern to cardboard, then with a toothpick to foamiran. The easiest way to do this is to cut the fom into strips of the required height. Tint the petals of the first and second row on both sides with dry pastel (using a sponge or a damp cloth) as shown in the photo:

The petals of the third and fourth rows must be tinted by 2/3:

For the petals of the fifth row, tinting is needed only 1/3. We make the core more saturated:

We circle the green leaves according to the template and draw the veins with a toothpick:

After the tinting stage, it is necessary to cut out all the details:

In this MK, foamiran is processed with a hair straightener. Heat the petals until their edges begin to curl inward. Fold the petal in a spiral, unfold, and then carefully, so as not to tear the material, make a boat-shaped recess in the middle. Repeat this operation with all the petals:

The leaves also need to be heated on an iron and twisted between your fingers, so they will take on a more natural look.
