You can take any fish without bones. But telapia is best obtained under such a fur coat.

3. Mix mayonnaise with egg and chopped favorite herbs. Roll the fish pieces in the resulting marinade and let marinate for about half an hour.

5. Roll the marinated fillet pieces in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.


6. Put the onion on a baking sheet, spread the fried fish fillet evenly on top.


7. Potatoes with carrots can be chopped into small strips, but it is better to chop with a grater.


8. Fill the vegetables with literally two or two mayonnaise, lightly salt and add fragrant ground pepper. After thorough mixing until smooth, spread the vegetable mass in a layer over the fish.


9. Send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35 minutes. Then you can add grated cheese so that after baking for ten minutes a tender cheese crust appears.


If the dish will be served cooled down or after reheating, and not immediately after cooking hot, then it is better not to add cheese, because this layer will harden, it will only break or cling to the fork in separate pieces and create taste inconsistencies in the dish.
