The integration of cognitive and motor activity of children in the process of physical education contributes to the effective solution of both educational and recreational tasks. It is impossible to imagine a lesson in physical culture without the use of elements of ecology.
The purpose of integrated physical education classes is aimed at the conjugated solution of the problems of physical and environmental education of preschool children.
Tasks of physical education
1. Formation of a conscious attitude to physical activity based on the development of ideas and knowledge about physical culture
2. Increasing the level of physical fitness based on the formation and improvement of motor skills and the development of motor qualities and abilities

The tasks of environmental education
1. Formation of ecologically developed consciousness on the basis of mastering available ideas and knowledge about nature

Integrated classes are classes that, within the framework of one section of education, solve various problems of the development of children and are based on different types of activities. The selection of physical exercises is determined by the age characteristics of the development of children, the topic and objectives of the lesson, the content of programs for physical and environmental education, the time of year and weather conditions.
The content of the methodology is physical exercises that imitate objects and phenomena of living and inanimate nature, as well as activities in the natural environment. These are exercises such as "Mountain", "From bump to bump", "Mill", etc. This includes the use of figurative names.
Breathing exercises: “Blow on a flower”, “Inflate a balloon”, “Owl”, etc.
The use of imitation and imitation techniques: “Kitty”, “Horses”, “Geese”, interconnected with the content of natural history observations, stories and conversations about nature.

Physical exercises may precede observations and stories about objects or natural phenomena carried out in a group, on a walk. Together with educators, they coordinate their work on the physical and environmental preparation of children. Part of the classes conducted by educators are preparatory to the development of new motor material that will be offered to children. The motor experience that the children have accumulated with the instructor is then used by the teacher in various regime moments. So in the preparatory part of the lesson, in combination with walking and running at a moderate pace, and then physical exercises are used in the generally accepted sequence in accordance with the recommended principles of distribution physical activity. In the final part of the session, exercises and outdoor games are held, and finally the session ends with walking at a moderate pace or relaxation exercises.
Our holidays
Folklore, folk holidays, signs, games, as well as fairy tales different peoples always reflected the peculiarities of the perception of nature by people, their attitude towards it. In addition, regional features of the relationship "man-nature" are well traced in folk art. The interest of preschool children in games, fairy tales, riddles makes it especially promising to use elements of different cultures for the purpose of environmental education.
So in our preschool institution, the holiday "Meeting the Sun", "Earth Day" is traditionally held. Children take part in a quiz dedicated to the peculiarities of the climate and the life of indigenous peoples Far North, perform simulation exercises "Deer", "Polar Owl", "Nimble Arctic Fox", play outdoor games "Build a Chum", "Catch your deer", "Jumping over sleds", "Reindeer teams".
Our trips
Ecological trails have been developed in our preschool institution. This is a long race walk along a given route. At the beginning of the year, together with the teacher, we plan, drawing a map, several routes. At the same time, we introduce children to the cardinal points: south, north, etc. The length of each route is up to 3-4 km (round trip). The route is divided into several stages. The first is up to 500-600 meters for the elders. Gradually, the distance increases, and finally the children reach the intended goal. Having mastered one route, they move on to another. This activity allows you not only to improve your health, since walking and running are universal types of movement in which all muscle groups work, but also to significantly expand your knowledge about the world around you.
IN summer period We often go to the glade that the children love. We play outdoor games, sing songs to the accordion and just admire the surrounding nature. At the end, the action "Clean Glade" is held, the children put the garbage in bags. In winter we organize hiking and skiing. Working with parents
Every loving parent wants to see her child happy.
