Flour, sifted through a sieve for splendor, must be poured out in a slide; a depression is made in the center of it, into which a mixture of yolks, milk, yeast and sugar is poured. Egg whites are beaten separately, they are also added to the flour, like salt (about 2 teaspoons), after which the dough is kneaded - not too steep, soft and elastic. Experienced housewives know that the dough should rise at least once, after which it should be kneaded and the loaf should be formed.

The dough is divided into two parts different size. From the larger one, you need to form a ball, put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and lightly moisten with water.
